Style Aura sells artificial/fashion jewellery and related products through its online store.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, photographs, measurements, and other information displayed on the website are accurate.

However:

• Minor variations may occur because of manufacturing, finishing, or photography.

• Artificial jewellery is intended to be handled and stored with reasonable care.

3. Product Prices

All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

The applicable price will generally be the price displayed at the time the customer places the order.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, Style Aura reserves the right to cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid by the customer.

4. Orders

Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected products.

An order will be considered accepted only after Style Aura confirms the order.

Style Aura reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method or payment gateway process.

5. Payment

Style Aura currently accepts prepaid online payments only.

Orders will be processed after successful confirmation of payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available unless specifically introduced by Style Aura in the future.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Style Aura aims to dispatch and deliver orders within approximately 2–5 business days, subject to product availability, delivery location, courier operations, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery times are estimates and are not an absolute guarantee.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

Style Aura shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses;

• Customer unavailability;

• Courier delays;

• Natural disasters;

• Government restrictions;

• Strikes or disruptions;

• Public holidays; or

• Other events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Style Aura follows a no-general-return policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges merely because a customer changes their mind, does not like the product, selects the wrong product, or no longer requires the product.

However, customers may contact us if they receive:

• A damaged product; or

• A product different from the product ordered.

Such claims will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
